People Are Applauding This Brave Man For Celebrating His Wife’s Curves WITH FULL ADMIRATION!
In an age of thin models and plastic surgeries, many women do not feel comfortable in their own skin. The situation is much worse when even men around them do not want to look at them just because they have few pounds surplus. But Robbie Trip, writer, and an activist is definitely not such a man. He worships his wife’s curves and now the whole world knows that.
And this is his wife, Sarah Tripp, a body-positive fashion blogger who owns the Sassy Red Lipstick fashion blog.
Robbie and Sarah are so madly in love!
Activist and writer Robbie Tripp can certainly compete for the Best Spouse of the Year prize because of the great letter he dedicated to his wife Sarah. In it he talks about the beauty of the female body in all its shapes and sizes and opposes the absurd beauty standards.
Robbie uses almost every opportunity to shower his wife with admiration on social media. His Instagram caption skills are five-star. His letter to his wife (that follows below in the article) became a viral hit, with more than 15,000 likes on Instagram, over 86,000 likes on Facebook, and nearly 80,000 people sharing the post.
The caption goes like this: “I love this woman and her curvy body. As a teenager, I was often teased by my friends for my attraction to girls on the thicker side, ones who were shorter and curvier, girls that the average (basic) bro might refer to as chubby or even fat.”
“Then, as I became a man and started to educate myself on issues such as feminism and how the media marginalizes women by portraying a very narrow and very specific standard of beauty (thin, tall, lean) I realized how many men have bought into that lie.”
Robbie admits he was very surprised by the reactions to the post he had released. What he particularly talked about is that men from all over the world began tagging their women or girls and telling them how much they like them and their curves.
“For me, there is nothing sexier than this woman right here: thick thighs, big booty, cute little side roll, etc. Her shape and size won’t be the one featured on the cover of Cosmopolitan but it’s the one featured in my life and in my heart. There’s nothing sexier to me than a woman who is both curvy and confident.”
Tripp, who has been married to Sarah since 2014, completes his inspirational message as follows:
“This gorgeous girl I married fills out every inch of her jeans and is still the most beautiful one in the room. Guys, rethink what society has told you that you should desire. A real woman is not a porn star or a bikini mannequin or a movie character. She’s real. She has beautiful stretch marks on her hips and cute little dimples on her booty.”
Except for Sarah, who knows how much he loves her, Robbie also addressed other girls and women who suffer because of their physical appearance.
“Girls, don’t ever fool yourself by thinking you have to fit a certain mold to be loved and appreciated. There is a guy out there who is going to celebrate you for exactly who you are, someone who will love you like I love my Sarah.”
Incredibly sweet, don’t you think?
Well, tens of thousands of people from across the globe thought so as well. Very quickly his post received numerous positive reactions. People wrote and sent messages that this is the most wonderful thing they have read and that it gives them the hope that they will find their love one day.
I think we should all look up to Robbie’s example and tell our loved ones how much we appreciate them just the way they are.
