After Trump’s threat message to North Korea, Kim Jong Un is very much aware that an attack on North Korea is almost inevitable.
According to multiple military analysts, North Korea could never win a war against the USA and its allies.
They couldn’t, right?
Not, unless… they use techniques like “ENMOD”:
(ENMOD) “Environmental modification techniques” for military use is the ultimate weapon of mass destruction. Techniques like these have been researched and applied by the US military for more than half a century. It is no secret that by now, most of US enemies, including North Korea, possess the same technology.
Weather-modification, according to the US Air Force document AF 2025 Final Report, “offers the war fighter a wide range of possible options to defeat or coerce an adversary”, capabilities, it says, extend to the triggering of floods, devastating hurricanes, droughts and earthquakes.
Considering that military use of this technology could lead to a large number of civilian casualties and agricultural damage, in a 1977 Geneva convention, the UN General Assembly banned the use of Weather-modification in the act of war with a global agreement signed by 48 states: “Convention on the Prohibition of Military or Any Other Hostile Use of Environmental Modification Techniques”.
North Korea is one of the 48 states that signed the agreement. The only problem is that Kim Jong Un was not born yet when that happened.
Under his dictatorship, Kim Jong Un already violated most of the UN agreements his father signed. In a state of despair, he would never hesitate to violate this one.
With rainfall reaching up to 50 inches, hurricane Harvey hit the Houston area with a devastating power that rewrote recent US history. Damages are estimated at a staggering $75 billion and hundreds of thousands of residents are displaced with no homes to go back to.
If the cataclysmic events that recently devastated large parts of the USA are indeed a silent attack orchestrated by North Korea and its allies, no other war has ever done more damage on US soil that this one.
After all, didn’t Kim Jong Un threaten to attack the US in late August?
