Beyonce’s Father Accidentally Reveals Her True Age In This Interview

There’s not a girl in the world who doesn’t love Beyonce! She’s confident, fierce, bold and looks astonishingly good for her age! In fact, many people look up to her and are dying to know her anti-aging secret. Well, now it looks as they may have finally discovered it.

According to Matthew Knowles, her father, she might actually be a few years older than she says she is. Matthew, who used to manage Beyonce and her former band Destiny’s child, described his daughter whose birth date is listed as September 1981 as having the same number of years as fellow pop star Pink who was born in September 1979.

Furthermore, he also referred to his daughter as being the same age as R&B singer, Usher, born in October 1978.

During an interview with The Breakfast Club on Power 105.1 in New York, Matthew stated: “[Destiny’s Child] had a competitiveness. L.A Reid had a girls group but I bet you don’t know who his lead singer was… It was Pink! She was the exact same age as Beyoncé and there used to be this battle about which group was better”.

“We had Usher, he was the same age. They were all 14 or 15 years old, living in Atlanta.”

What does this all mean? Is Knowles just confused about the years, or is he suggesting the Princess of R&B might be older than we all thought? As far as the world knows, Beyonce Knowles was born on September 4. 1981 and is 36 years old.

His comments will undoubtedly fuel the old conspiracy theories that Beyonce is lying about her age.

But, that’s not all. Actress Gabrielle Union, who was born in October 1972, once said that she and Queen B have been friends since they were teenagers. The only problem is, that Union is nine years older than Beyonce.

At one point she said: “Beyonce and I have been friends since we were teenagers. We go to the same hairstylist now and you know how those bonds are! B is such a polite, nurturing person and a joy to work with. It’s easy to work with her because she is a good friend of mine.”

Furthermore, the Wall Street Journal might have inadvertently confirmed rumors that the R&B star is older. In an article about superstars over 40 years who had the highest record sales in the past 26 years, Beyonce’s name was visibly omitted as being under 40.

“Of the 25 artists with the highest record sales in the U.S. since 1991, when reliable data first became available, just one — Britney Spears — is under 40, Nielsen data show. Nineteen of the 25 are over 50 years old.”

So, what do you think? Could Bey be lying about her age? Or will she finally set the record straight? I guess we’ll have to wait and see.
